Providing administrative and data entry support for commercial insurance programs, the full-time Commercial Insurance Data Administrator will process insurance certificates and policy requests, maintain accurate data, and serve as a resource for client policies while working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities- Process insurance certificates and policy requests for commercial insurance lines
- Act as a subject matter expert on client policies and provide day-to-day support
- Manage and maintain accurate insurance data through effective data entry practices
- Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance program support
- Proficiency in data entry and data management
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
