** QA Specialist
What you’ll be doing
- Completing audits of internally handled Xceedance TPA open & closed claim files to measure compliance with claims handling & technical guidelines
- Completing audits of external QA clients’ open & closed claim files within the client’s claims system and QA software
- Assist in developing after-audit reporting and action planning to address issues identified in the audits
- Reviewing & analyzing data trends and identifying claims handling issues
- Participating in ad hoc claims quality assurance projects based on client needs
- Coaching & training of new processes based on audit results & action plans
- BA/BS degree and/or working towards attaining CPCU, AIC, SCLA and other relevant insurance designations.
- Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses are preferred, especially in your resident state. If not, can obtain proper licensing as required within 60 days of hire.
- 3+ years of experience specializing in claims from low to moderate complexity. Injury/casualty claims experience preferred.
- Preferred background in claims quality assurance and claims auditing
- Preferred experience in multiple lines of business (Auto, General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Property)
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices and a strong passion for creating the best customer experience.
- Ability to work in a virtual/remote environment utilizing various technology solutions.
- Good analytical reasoning with ability to make autonomous decisions
