- Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions about their coverage with warmth and clarity.
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and payments accurately to ensure our clients remain protected.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate updates for our clients.
- Handle sensitive client information with high integrity and total confidentiality.
- Document all client interactions thoroughly within our internal system to keep everyone on the same page.
- Support the overall office operations by assisting with administrative tasks as they arise.
- Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience managing high-volume client inquiries in an insurance setting.
- Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and patient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail when documenting policy changes and processing payments.
- Prior experience with commercial and personal lines of coverage.
