Field Auto Adjuster

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims
• Support the Claims team in the South San Diego territory
• Handle claims virtually and in the field throughout the South San Diego area
• Conduct vehicle inspections
• Use CCC ONE estimating software to prepare accurate damage estimates
• Work closely with repair facilities and customers
• Build relationships with internal and external customers
• Apply regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities within escalated authority limits
• Understand the content of all policy types written by the company
• Create estimates of damages on first- and third-party material damage losses

• Experience managing a variety of auto claims
• Experience conducting vehicle inspections
• Experience using CCC ONE estimating software
• Ability to prepare accurate damage estimates
• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Understanding of all policy types written by the company
• Proficient estimating fundamentals for first- and third-party material damage losses
• Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and hold no outside appointments during employment
• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States
• Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home
• Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload

Demonstrates expertise in managing auto claims, conducting vehicle inspections, and preparing accurate damage estimates using CCC ONE estimating software. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices is essential for effective negotiation and settlement processes.
