Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle complex coverage questions.

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually
• Work Environment: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)

• Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with revenues ranging from $400K to $600K.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial lines account management.
