CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Glass Claim Specialist (Remote) to support claims coverage inquiries and glass-only matters. You will collaborate with Safelite Solutions and policyholders, draft claim correspondence, and prepare CCC estimates as needed.
Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, 2-3 years of claims or insurance experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to work in a call-center environment. Remote work with flexible scheduling is offered.
