CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Glass Claims Specialist to work remotely, communicating with Safelite Solutions and policyholders to resolve glass-only claims. You will write estimates in CCC when needed and address customer concerns with clear, courteous communication.
Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, some claims experience, strong English, and the ability to work in a team/telephonic environment. A bilingual plus, with remote-first flexibility offered.
