National General is seeking an Auto Claims Estimator to join our Idaho claims team. This role covers fieldwork, virtual claim handling, and customer service, with the Boise metro area including surrounding communities as the primary residence.
Preferred candidates will have experience managing auto collision claims, performing vehicle inspections, and using CCC ONE or similar software to create accurate damage estimates. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
