Zurich North America is hiring a Senior Legal Claims Handler to manage high complexity commercial surety claims from start to finish. This is a remote role reporting to a Commercial Surety Claims Manager, with the flexibility of a home-based office in the United States.
You will analyze liability, bond obligations, and damages, build claim strategies, and monitor reserves while communicating with principals, brokers, and internal teams. A JD and extensive insurance legal experience are required.
