Commercial Insurance Account Manager

A highly respected, independent insurance agency in the Fall River, MA area is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join its growing commercial lines team. • Manage and service a commercial lines book of approximately 250 clients.
• Handle renewals, remarketing, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and general client service needs.
• Work with a variety of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including coastal property, municipalities, contractors, hospitality, and BOPs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information within Applied EPIC.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service.

• 2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong understanding of commercial lines coverage, renewal processes, and client service.
• Ability to manage a high-volume book while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

• Base salary up to $90,000, depending on experience.
• Annual bonus opportunities based on agency and individual performance.
