Progressive is seeking a claims adjuster trainee to learn how to help customers get back on the road after an accident. This is a phone-based role with a collaborative team and comprehensive training on property damage and insurance contracts so you can adjust claims confidently from start to finish.
The position is hybrid: in-office two days a week with the remaining days flexible and work-from-home options; after 12 months, on-site days adjusted by business need.
