Senior Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Lines Account Manager to join our insurance team in West Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
, with a focus on Personal Lines and proven experience managing and servicing an existing book of business.

This role is responsible for providing excellent service to existing clients, handling policy needs, quoting new business, and remarketing renewals to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage and competitive options.

• Manage and service an existing Personal Lines book of business.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account servicing requests.
• Quote new Personal Lines business and assist clients with coverage options.
• Review and remarket renewal accounts when appropriate.
• Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policy changes, and resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Prior Property & Casualty insurance experience is required.
• Strong experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Previous experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, Senior CSR, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Experience servicing and managing an existing book of business.
• Experience with new-business quoting and renewal remarketing.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, policies, and coverage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

This is an in-office position in West Springfield, MA
. Work-from-home flexibility may become available after at least one full year with the company.
