IAT Insurance Group seeks a Senior Surety Claims Counsel who can report to the VP, Claims Counsel, working hybrid from any IAT office. Responsibilities include reviewing, investigating, resolving, and negotiating performance bond defaults, payment bonds, subdivision and commercial bond claims.
The role requires a JD with 7+ years of surety claims/construction law, licensed adjuster or eligibility to obtain license, and willingness to travel as needed.
