Location: Northern
Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Legal Claims Handler to manage high-complexity commercial surety claims from start to settlement. This fully remote role reports to a Commercial Surety Claims Manager and welcomes candidates located in the U.S.
You will analyze liability and damages, set reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, and communicate with principals, brokers, and internal partners while upholding Zurich’s claims best practices.
