MEM Insurance is seeking a Claims Care Advocate to provide essential administrative and workflow support within our Claims Department. You will partner with Claims Operations, Subrogation and Nurse Case Management, serving as a main contact for policyholders and partners.
You will help move claims processes forward by managing records, coordinating requests, and assisting adjusters while delivering professional customer service and accurate responses across multiple channels.
