Westfield Insurance is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the ongoing maintenance, development, and delivery of insurance products. You will manage the product lifecycle, including rate, rule, and form projects, and ensure compliance in a complex regulatory environment.
You will coordinate with Actuarial, IT, and Underwriting to optimize deployment, drive strategy for new launches or changes, and lead vendor programs to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the portfolio.
