Nerd Wallet Insurance Experts is a remote-friendly team within Nerd Wallet, focused on helping customers quote, compare, and bind insurance coverage. As a Customer Service Representative on our Property & Casualty team, you’ll handle end-to-end requests after policy purchase and work with licensed agents when needed.
You’ll use multiple systems, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements as the team scales. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in related roles are preferred.
