Adjuster Property

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity property claims
• Serve as a primary point of empathetic support for policyholders
• Analyze, evaluate, negotiate, and settle minimal-complexity claims using discretion and independent judgment
• Conduct phone outreach to confirm claim details, policy coverage, liability, and damages
• Provide professional, polite, and empathetic service throughout the claims process
• Take recorded statements and document claim details accurately
• Identify suspicious claims and collaborate with Special Investigations Units as needed
• Complete formal onboarding and ongoing technical training programs

• Willingness to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses (company sponsored)
• Strong phone etiquette

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for home-office remote days
• Availability for 38.75 hours/week, 7.75 hours/day between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• May require full-time on-site presence during initial training
