As an Associate Insurance Agent, you are more than a salesperson—you have the heart of a teacher
. You will guide clients through selecting and understanding crucial auto, home, life, commercial, and farm policies, ensuring they are fully protected.

• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to assess risks, explain coverage options, and build long‑term, trusting relationships.
• Sales & Quoting: Generate quotes, present tailored solutions, and assist clients in securing the right protections.
• Account Management: Process new applications, renewals, endorsements, and maintain accurate client records in our CRM.
• Claims Advocacy: Act as a helpful liaison between the client and claims adjusters, ensuring timely resolutions during stressful times.
• Administrative Support: Handle necessary paperwork and coordinate with underwriters and carriers.

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Licensing: State Property & Casualty license is preferred, but willing to sponsor the right candidate to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

  • Year 1 Floor: $47,700 for basic performance.
  • Year 1 Target: $70,000 (Very achievable if you lean in and work hard).
  • Year 3 & Beyond: Well into six figures for dedicated agents.
