Overview

Drive Time Family of Brands, including Silver Rock, offers warranty and ancillary products such as GAP coverage, theft protection, GPS tracking, and fleet management services. With over 1million service contracts and $300million in claims, Silver Rock supports a customer-friendly claims process.

• Must reside in Texas, Utah, Georgia, Florida, Nevada, North Carolina, Arizona, or Tennessee.
• High‑school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3years of experience with automotive mechanical and diagnostic work.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop procedures.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in typing, general computer skills, and ability to work effectively in a high-volume, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and solutions‑oriented mindset.

• Work with repair facilities to validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repairs for pre‑sale and warranty cases.
• Adjudicate claims within approval limits and in accordance with department and industry standards.
• Accurately document all actions and interactions with shops and customers in internal systems.
• Navigate department resources to ensure adherence to process flows and policies.
• Manage a list of assigned pending claims and provide timely follow‑up with repair facilities to make decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
