ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a proven commercial insurance producer who can create new business — ideally with a portable book and, preferably, their own team. Remote. Market access for cannabis, construction, and all-lines through Lions & Coventry.
DUTIES
- Hunt and write new commercial P&C business
- Roll and grow a portable book where contracts allow
- Place risks through agency markets (cannabis, construction, broader commercial)
- Work remotely with strong self-management
- If you bring a team: lead them under clear written terms
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven commercial P&C producer with a record of new business
- Active license appropriate for the business you write (CA P&C helpful; non-resident paths available)
- Ability to work independently remote
- Hunter mindset
Preferred: cannabis and/or construction experience; portable book; small support team.
