Position: Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Agency: Protection Matters Allstate Insurance Agency

Location: Lynnwood, WA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Position Type: In Office or Remote Opportunity

Salary + Benefits: $50,000 Base Salary, Bonus Opportunities, Medical Benefits, Paid Time Off, Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable talking on the phone and building rapport with clients
• Good computer and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Insurance experience is a plus but not required

Candidates should already hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License OR be willing to obtain their license prior to their first day in the position.

• Help clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage support
• Provide excellent customer service and relationship building
• Assist clients with insurance needs including auto, home, renters, and more
• Support retention and overall client satisfaction
• Work closely with a growing and supportive team environment
