Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies and coverage options with patience and care.
Provide accurate quotes and issue policies for new and existing clients.
Process endorsement requests and facilitate changes to active accounts.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve coverage concerns or claims questions.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and policy updates in our system.
Identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest additional protection that benefits the client.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty insurance license for the state of California.
Strong command of computer systems including agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of carrier-specific quoting platforms is a plus.
