Role Description The Person al Lines Account Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Cloquet, MN, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the team member will manage and service personal lines insurance accounts, including policy quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, handling billing questions, and providing proactive communication to ensure a positive client experience.

The role also involves identifying coverage gaps, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and supporting cross-selling efforts for other agency services. Collaboration with carriers and internal team members to resolve issues, maintain accurate client records, and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards is an important part of the position.

• Experience in personal lines insurance account management, including policy quoting, servicing, and renewal processing.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and handle inquiries and problem resolution professionally.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Comfort with technology, including agency management systems, carrier portals, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in Cloquet, MN and independently from home.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• Prior experience in an insurance agency or related financial services environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant professional coursework is beneficial.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
