• Engage with personal and businesss clients to assess their specific insurance needs.
• Draft and present customized policy quotes.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and adjust plans.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve billing questions or policy concerns with empathy and clarity.

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license.
• Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency
• Familiarity with Agency Zoom a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
