A well-established insurance organization in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Commercial Account Manager to support a busy commercial lines team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of commercial insurance experience who enjoys client interaction, organization, and being an important part of the account management process.
What You'll Do- Support the renewal process, including gathering loss runs, updated exposures, and renewal information
- Maintain and update expiration lists
- Prepare insurance schedules, proposals, certificates, and evidence of property
- Process endorsements and cancellation requests
- Assist with new and renewal account preparation
- Review policies against quotes and binders for accuracy
- Communicate with clients, producers, and underwriters
- Utilize carrier rating platforms for quoting and endorsements
- Help maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-through
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day servicing needs
- Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial Insurance experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- AMS
360 experience is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
