Account Manager - Commercial Insurance; Remote

We are seeking a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.

• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
• Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contributing to the renewal process
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure a resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
