We are looking to bring on someone who has experience supervising a workers’ compensation staff before. I do not want to open the search to individuals who have experience in supervising in insurance if it does not include workers’ compensation claims. Their experience does not need to be on the carrier side, it can be TPA, self insured, reinsurance or a mixture.
It is important for any candidate to know they will have to obtain their adjuster license, if they do not currently have it, by the six month mark of employment. We will pay for all learning materials, testing and CEU’s.
