- Handle first- and third-party Personal Lines auto claims
- Investigate Property Damage Only claims to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation
- Manage claim files with financial accuracy, appropriate file disposition, and adherence to statutory guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective customer relationships
- Make customer-centered decisions using critical thinking and analysis of information and data
- Evaluate performance against targets and strive to exceed expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture of continuous improvement
- Leverage contemporary technology to achieve accurate and efficient claim outcomes
- Complete licensing training and obtain the required State Adjuster's License
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Preferred 1+ years of related customer service experience
- Ability to investigate and manage first- and third-party Personal Lines auto claims
- Knowledge of financial accuracy, file disposition, and statutory guidelines
- Ability to determine liability exposures and potential subrogation
- Critical thinking, investigation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to produce clear and grammatically accurate correspondence
- Organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State Adjuster's License to process Property & Casualty Insurance Claims in the states supported by the office
- Successful passage of licensing exam(s) within 30 business days from completion of licensing training
- For external candidates, ability to work a hybrid arrangement from Hartford, CT, Scottsdale, AZ, or Naperville, IL, three days per week Tuesday through Thursday
- Minimum internet speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download for remote work arrangements
