Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, with a focus on contracts and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. • Salary Range:
  • 2+ years of experience: $60,000 - $75,000
  • 5+ years of experience: $75,000 - $100,000

• Manage and service a book of business, primarily focused on contracts and construction accounts.
• Handle renewals and new business processes, including quoting and policy management.
• Collaborate with the COO and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize EZLynx software for account management and documentation.
• Support the agency’s growth by maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in commercial lines account management; 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in EZLynx or similar agency management software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Work Arrangement:
