Provide thoughtful answers to client inquiries regarding their current insurance policies.

Process routine policy changes and documentation updates with precision.

Review existing client accounts to ensure coverage limits align with their current life circumstances.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to policyholder.

Assist in resolving billing questions or administrative concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of every interaction to keep our client files organized.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency setting.

Strong command of agency management systems and email software.

Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with commercial and personal lines of insurance.
