Agent. But having the desire to protect people’s lives first, should be your#1 goal. We are in search of a bi-lingual Insurance producer who would like to help service our existing customers within a successful Agency Team environment!

Once paid training is completed, you'll be apart of our rapidly growing Insurance team offering protection plans to our existing and new customer base, through our channel of over
30A+ Carriers in Iowa and Florida!!

This position does offer work from home status, once all your education & training is completed. You must also demonstrate the ability to adhere toourprocesses, guidelines,and compliance company standards, with little to no supervision before a remote position is offered.

We're growing at a rapid pace and could always use another licensed Insurance professional to help the families we serve and protect!

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements through company standards.
• Protect and update primary contact information with each existing customer.
• Provideon-going support to our clients as needed including recommending additional plans of protection.
• Prospect, generate& acquire new business through PAID provided leads & referral sources after your PAID training!
• Generate and provide multiple digital coverage proposals and how it may or may not impact their lives by your recommendations
• Be outstanding in relationship building and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Help us foster stronger relationships within our existing base of communities, while growing our high level of standardized expectations of experiences

• Assessment must be completed prior to any consideration for an interview
• Currently possess a minimum IOWA PERSONAL LINES license
• Fluent bi-lingual abilities in communicating with our customers
• Background check will be performed prior to your Day 1
• Any additional licenses are optional but encouraged for additional income. You will also be provided the necessary internal support including paid time off to acquire them!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude that works well both as a team player and independently with little supervision
• Strong work ethic with potential leadership skills who is driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up with Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Experience in Windows 11 and all applicable OS programs. These will be used daily.
