Salary based on experience
You’ll become part of an established commercial team, not be expected to do everything alone. Our Account Managers work closely with producers, fellow Account Managers and dedicated support team members to provide excellent client service.

- Manage and service an assigned book of commercial accounts
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Partner with producers and team members throughout the renewal process
- Prepare marketing submissions and work with carrier quoting systems
- Review coverage options and help clients make informed decisions
- Prepare clear, professional proposals and coverage summaries
- Build productive relationships with carrier representatives and underwriters
- Stay informed about carrier appetite and changes in the commercial insurance market
- At least two years of commercial insurance account-management experience
- An active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Strong client-service and communication skills
- The ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Applied Epic or Indio experience is helpful, but not required
