We’re looking for a Senior Claims Examiner
- Liability with proven expertise in handling complex liability claims to join our team!
- Licensing is required.
- Proven experience handling complex and large-loss construction defect liability claims.
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims with a high degree of autonomy.
- Analyze coverage, determine liability, manage reserves, and negotiate claim settlements.
- Partner with defense counsel on litigated matters and support team development by conducting training and mentoring new hires.
