Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, with a primary focus on agriculture (60%) and generalist accounts (40%). The successful candidate will work closely with a Director of Account Management and play a key role in maintaining and growing the president's book of business.

• Salary
  : $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

  Flexible hybrid model with the expectation of in-office presence once or twice a month. Remote candidates will be provided with necessary equipment. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, focusing on agriculture and generalist accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Support the transition of the president's book of business, ensuring continuity and client retention.

• Licenses/Certifications
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 7 years of account management experience, with a strong background in the agriculture industry.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
• Soft Skills
  :
  Outgoing personality, thick skin, strong organizational skills, intelligence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Work Arrangement

  Open to remote candidates who can attend in-office meetings once or twice a month.
