CompensationPackage
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

- Develop and grow the Construction and Bonds book of business.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the bonds insurance sector.
- Assist clients in navigating bond insurance policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while pursuing new leads.
- Licenses/Designations:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of production experience with expertise in bonds. - Soft Skills:
- Hunter mentality with a drive to win new business.
- Teachable and open to learning new strategies and approaches.
- Ambitious with a strong desire to excel in the role.
- Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with relevant software tools. - Work Arrangement:
