** Job Description Summary
** This position serves as a key leader in life underwriting transformation initiatives, driving the implementation of strategic projects, process improvements, and technology solutions that support the evolution of life underwriting operations. This role partners across life underwriting, operations, product, technology, distribution, and vendor organizations to identify opportunities, define business needs, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.

The Lead Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in life underwriting processes and transformation efforts, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, training, and post-launch support. This position plays a critical role in advancing life underwriting modernization strategies while fostering collaboration, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting organizational change.
