Position: Senior Complex Construction Defect Claims Manager (Remote)
CRC Group in the United States is seeking a Complex Claims Manager to lead investigations and resolution of high-exposure Construction Defect claims. You will assess coverage, determine liability, and guide adjusters through complex files. The role requires 5+ years in complex claims, an adjuster license, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. You will work with legal counsel, brokers, and insured clients to ensure proper claim resolution and regulatory compliance.
