2+ years of individual life insurance sales, with a life license in good standing

30 Minute Pre-shift Meeting
Personal work area must be free from distractions
-Training or Meeting (example Pre-Shift)
-Utilize I-APP program to properly quote customers
Document all answers appropriately following all life insurance guidelines and regulations
-Present appropriate life insurance products and services with clarity and compliance
-Participate in ongoing coaching & individual development sessions
-Participate in group coaching and development sessions
-Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
-Must be available to work all shifts in full
-Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance
-Meet All Sales Floor

Minimum Requirements
This is a remote, primarily sedentary position. Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift.
Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods.
Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and computer use.
Ability to maintain a suitable home work environment that supports safe and effective remote work.
