Farmers Insurance District 95 is looking for an experienced commercial lines specialist to build a book of business in that market while helping our agents capture more of it.

What you'll do

• Build and grow your own book of business in commercial lines
• Work commercial leads referred by District 95 agents, on a commission split
• Increase the district's production of commercial products
• Educate district clients on commercial coverage and what their businesses need
• Help agents navigate commercial lines, from spotting opportunities to structuring packages
• Train and support new agents and agents in training as they learn commercial lines

Requirements

• Commercial insurance experience (must-have)
• Active insurance license, or ability to obtain one quickly
• Hungry to scale and grow - You come in ready to build a book, set aggressive goals, and keep pushing past them.
• Independent and self-directed, with the drive to build your own pipeline without daily oversight
• Enjoys collaborating with agents, sharing what works, and helping others learn commercial lines
