Personal Insurance Lines Account Manager

Location: Remote (East Coast, must be familiar with down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace) |
Schedule: Full-time, fully and permanently remote |
Compensation: Base salary up to $80,000 - commensurate with relevant skill set and experience

A regional insurance brokerage offering a full range of coverage and benefits programs through more than 30 national carriers is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. This fully remote role is key to growing and servicing the firm's personal lines book of business while maintaining strong client and carrier relationships.

• Increase current coverage or add new coverage to the firm's existing book of business
• Market new and renewal business
• Maintain positive, consistent interaction with clients and markets
• Prepare renewal and new business applications and proposals
• Identify exposure and recommend appropriate solutions
• Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters
• Provide day-to-day client service

• Minimum of 5 years insurance brokerage experience
• Experience servicing personal lines clients and knowledge of personal lines markets
• Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Current New York State Property and Casualty License
• Familiarity with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace
• AMS 360 software knowledge/experience required
