As a Life Insurance Agent at Transamerica, you will work directly with clients to assess their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, conducting consultations to understand individual and family goals, and presenting tailored insurance options that align with long-term planning. You will manage client relationships, provide ongoing service, handle policy inquiries, and support clients through application, underwriting, and policy maintenance.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent virtual communication, collaboration with internal teams, and adherence to regulatory and company standards while meeting sales and service objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively identify client needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Insurance to explain policy features, pricing, and long-term implications clearly and accurately.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and provide responsive support to clients.
• Relevant qualifications such as a life insurance license (or willingness to obtain), experience in financial services or insurance, and familiarity with remote work tools are beneficial.
• Additional desirable qualifications include strong communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented mindset, ethical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, full-time environment.
