Senior Health Actuarial Manager; FSA)

Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading US Healthcare Actuarial Consulting firm seeking a Senior Actuarial Manager within Medicare & Value-Based Care to support continued growth.

The Senior Actuarial Manager will be responsible for leading client engagements, managing junior actuarial staff, and advising health systems, physician groups, and ACOs on Medicare financial strategy, shared savings, risk adjustment, and total cost of care.

This role would suit an experienced Medicare actuary looking to take on greater responsibility within a growing consulting environment.

• FSA designation required
• 6+ years of healthcare actuarial experience, with a strong Medicare background
• Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or ACO programmes
• Demonstrable people management and mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing engagements
• Exposure to provider Value-Based Care, MSSP, or shared savings arrangements advantageous
