• Provide high-quality linguistic and content annotations in both Spanish and English.
• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated text for accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness.
• Collaborate with other trainers, engineers, and project managers to improve AI outputs.
• Identify linguistic patterns, edge cases, and opportunities to enhance natural language understanding.
• Deliver constructive feedback in clear, concise written and verbal formats.
• Maintain detailed records of work and adhere to established guidelines.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Prior experience with data annotation, linguistics, content moderation, or related AI training tasks.
