Remote Billing Lead CA

Remote Billing Lead required for a company based in CA!

Aliso Viejo, CA- based company is currently in need of a remote Billing Lead.

Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Written (email) and verbal communication with homeowners and colleagues to collaborate and resolve escalated matters and inquiries from homeowners, colleagues and clients. Supervisory and escalation experience required.
• Review and comprehension of account ledgers (strong math skills) with experience troubleshooting complicated matters that may involve coordination with multiple departments.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is given. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Other tasks as required.

The phone time for this role is 0- 25%.

Hardware requirements:

• 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area
• Modern computer and operating system
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)

• Monday to Friday

Work hours:

• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Timezone
• 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila
