Blaster​/technical rep

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Blaster/Technical Representative based in Vanlue, OH. The Blaster/Technical Representative will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient use of blasting products and techniques. Additional responsibilities include customer service, sales support, and performing on-site evaluations and recommendations. While some tasks require presence at the work site, remote work flexibility is available for administrative and planning activities.

• Technical expertise in blasting operations and the ability to provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to address client needs and build strong relationships
• Sales experience, with the ability to support and promote products and services to current and potential clients
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in the mining, quarrying, and construction industries
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in blasting are preferred
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as required
