Position Summary
Enrollment/Eligibility Representative role oversees assigned staff, facilitates training, ensures compliance with procedures, and supports operational effectiveness. This position requires strong leadership, communication, documentation, and quality assurance skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of assigned staff and provide input to the supervisor.

• Conduct training sessions and assist with evaluation of staff performance.

• Support development, documentation, and maintenance of team processes and procedures.

• Promote collaboration across departments to ensure workflow efficiency.

• Facilitate internal meetings as needed.

• Ensure team members remain current on program policies and requirements.

• Provide updates to supervisors regarding quality outcomes, training needs, policies, procedures, case determinations, appeals, and staff issues.

• Serve as subject matter expert for verifying and researching documentation.

• Draft or revise training guides and procedural materials.

• Delegate work tasks, provide coaching, and support specialized training needs.

• Manage escalated communications with external parties.

• Exercise independent judgment in determining methods, processes, and workflow improvements.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on team member work to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Candidates will complete a timed assessment consisting of behavioral and cognitive components.

• A comprehensive background screening is required

Training Requirements

• Training duration: 30 days



Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.

-5:30 p.m. EST.

• Candidates must be fully available with no planned time off; absences may result in removal from the program.

• Camera must remain on during training.

Hours of Operation

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.

-6:00 p.m. EST.

Technical Requirements

• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) required, including a webcam.

• Must meet specified work-at-home technical standards.
