Client Service Support – UKG

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Representative for UKG Ready to provide exceptional client-facing support and assist with system implementation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, be comfortable engaging directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using UKG Ready.
• Provide day-to-day support for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation.
• Assist with implementation activities as needed, including system setup, testing, and onboarding.
• Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, HRIS, or payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  ; comfortable speaking with clients directly.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently within EST business hours.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Competitive base salary: $52,000 – $58,000
• Fully remote position (EST hours)
