• Troubleshoot equipment issues via telephone or video to minimize customer downtime
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools
• Create and maintain documentation related to customer support issues in Salesforce
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of beverage dispensing equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs according to safety and quality procedures

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 3+ years of experience in technical service and customer support
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Freestyle platforms and national food service customers
• Knowledge of equipment installation requirements and dispensing equipment principles
• Basic knowledge of electricity and refrigeration

• Experience with Customer Communications software systems
• Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of existing technologies and their application in the beverage industry
