We are looking for qualified interpreters to provide on‑site and remote consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services throughout the five boroughs of NYC.

You would be a great fit for this position if you are a self‑starter who can provide reliable and professional interpretation services, live within the NYC area, manage a flexible schedule, travel to clients within the five boroughs, and establish dependable communication. The role requires collaborating with service providers to use your language skills to serve the community. This is a part‑time, hourly opportunity to support the NYC DoE with language services.

• Fluent in English and any other language.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have U.S. work authorization.
• Provide proof of COVID‑19 vaccination.
• Be willing to travel to all five boroughs of New York City.
• For remote work:
  Have access to the Internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer or phone.
• Be able to pass a background check.
